Under the state's Medical Cannabis Program, administered via the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC), a health care professional must reevaluate the patient very 360 days.

Card renewal - every TWO years -  is patient-managed and available here: https://njmcp.crc.nj.gov/ . Patients  create a username and password at this site, which medical staff cannot access.
